Seems that he did the jump into the water from 10m (presumably around Zawn Rock area) and then thought he would have a go at the 20 odd metre jump. A miscalculation resulted in one of his arms striking a rock very hard and basically shattering most of his upper arm. Lucky not to be killed, drowned etc. Good luckRe: New Routes and News 2011
In case you haven't got in touch with Mark: It's an arete starting right off the track a little bit uphill from the Double Dozen buttress. Should be distinguishable by the dirty rock on the low section, a big break, then cleaner rock on the upper section with a really nice looking curving undercling on the leftRe: New Routes and News 2011

New route at Waterworks: Weetbix 11m 14/15 3U-Bolts 2-3m right of the Eye Bolt Route. Up dark slabby rock past 3 U-bolts. Trend R at top to lower off. E Jones, T Gilbert and G Abell, 14/11/2009.
