  4. Re: Boneyard Face at Fingal - Guide

Looks awesome up there! Gerry, Andrew. Any objections if I make a topo & add it to the rest of the Fingal guide here? http://www.thesarvo.com/confluence/display/thesarvo/Bare+Rock Jed Migrated to Confluence 4.0

  5. Re: Re Choss Files Clifton

Jon,  The rookeries might well be cleaner rock than Clifton... It had a classic trad route up the centre of the crag that wasn't bad... 20-25m high? Migrated to Confluence 4.0

  6. Re: Digitalis Dispatched

I don't miss the block on Carpe Diem, but I agree that the gnarled old hakea on Fiddlesticks is iconic. It wouldn't hurt however to trim a few of the branches back that are up against the rock. It is big and strong enough to cope.

  7. Re: Mt Amos

All the craglets updates have now been merged into the online guides. There wasn't that much new stuff - mainly Lost Falls and a new route at Bare Rock. Migrated to Confluence 4.0

  8. Re: seeking no strings attatched climbing partner...

Hi John, To increase your chances of finding a climb you should check out and join the CCT facebook group as well as the Launceston Rock climbers facebook page.
  9. Re: Diamond Peak photos

It must be about 150m high? I'd hazard a guess that the sandy colouring on the main face hints at loose rock. Looks like yet another wilderness crag awaiting an adventure! What is the approach out of curiosity?

  10. Re: Tasmanian Climbing Guide 2015 edition early drafts

Thanks Zach, I'm part way through redoing the freycinet topos in the new format - Bokonon should be updated. On the Bare Rock one I'm presuming the text is correct, so I probably need to fix that one too
