The coastal traverse from Sisters Beach to Rocky Cape has only minimal amounts of actual climbing, although it is still fun as a concept.  It is more of a difficult coastal walk with occasional opportunities for short sea level traverses and deep water solos.  The rocky shores are extremely slow going at some places due too very jagged and sharp plates of rock: the final sections approaching Rocky Cape become a bit tedious in this regard.  There is some excellent snorkelling along the way too.
