Maybe it's because we've had a prolonged dry spell and its base had dried out, but it seemed a lot looser - and scarier - than I ever remember it being before.           I thought that might be what you were wondering about! (big grin) It looked like it fell completely clear of the cliff and broke up when it hit that rock outcrop below the Fiddlesticks ledge but I couldn't swear to that.

    I hope I'm right that no damage was done to the routes lower down the cliff, but basically it was time that block went. Maybe someone will get up that way over the next little while and post a report for us.
