Brilliant day out! Start out from the Wineglass bay car park and walk out to wineglass bay. Head to the Southern end of the beach then start out along the coast going North East to Lemon rock. Its about 5km there so 10k's to get back to the beach. You can easily scramble up the Southern side of lemon rock to the summit for a great few of the hazards. Its fairly moderate the whole way but with quite a bit of swimming. It will take a full day car to car.
