Drop a car off at the access road to white water wall so you can car shuffle. Start at south friendlies if you have a 4WD otherwise drive into friendly beach via the normal way and walk south along the beach. The traverse covers some magnificent granite formations and should take 5-7 hours.

    A good alternative here that avoids the car shuffle would be to take the ridhetop 'commerical track' from blue stone bay to friendlies  - about 60 mins easy jog - then start the traverse.
