Introduction
The Hinsby sea cliffs offer the easiest climbing in the Hobart area. It is also very well protected with numerous glue-ins and in a scenic setting. The nature of the rock here is very friable and loose-rock is abundant. A helmet is strongly recommended to be worn at all times.
Access
From the right end of Hinsby Beach (looking out) walk south along the base of the beginning of the Alum Cliffs. In 100m you will arrive at the first buttress - Dawn Small. The routes are described Right to Left in order as approached.
